House of Members is a private social club in Tampa. By day, a calm, elevated workspace for members. A few nights a week, the club transforms into a lounge for live music and private events.

Own the rhythm of the club Monday through Sunday: keep the space pristine and member-ready, be the trusted point of contact for members, host tours for prospective event clients, and execute every private event from setup to last call to the morning-after walkthrough. You report directly to the Founder.

• Run daily club operations and keep the space member-ready
• Be the trusted point of contact for members — DMs, texts, emails, tours, follow-ups
• Grow membership: convert tours, run referrals, follow up with event guests, represent HoM at local networking events
• Manage weekly dry-goods inventory in partnership with the Bar Manager; submit order list to the Founder every Monday
• Tour prospective event hosts and present venue capabilities
• Plan every booked event end-to-end: vendors, staff, layout, supplies, brief
• Lead the floor on event night — staff briefing, check-in, guest experience, close
• Supervise teardown, furniture reset, lockup, and morning-after walkthrough
• Manage event-staff roster, performance, and first-line dispute resolution
• Report directly to the Founder

• A track record running private events from inquiry to load-out
• Member- or guest-facing instincts — warmth and discretion a private club requires
• Calm command on the floor; sharp organization off it
• Comfort with vendor management, inventory, and budgets
• Reliable transportation; Tampa-based
• Weekend and evening availability for events (typical pattern: weekday daytime ops + event nights, often Fri/Sat)

Full-time, salaried (exempt). Daytime weekday hours + on-site for every booked event (typically evenings / weekends). Predictable 2-week event calendar.

Base salary

$52,000 / year ($4,333 / month), paid biweekly

Event commission

10% of net proceeds on every private event — paid monthly, uncapped
